Refund policy
Returns are accepted on a "case-by-case" basis, and usually will be on grounds of “quality” issues only. The following issues are some of the reasons which will not be deemed fit as grounds for a return, refund or exchange.
Our refund policy is as follows:
1. If your school shoes arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) to process your refund or exchange.
2. If you are unhappy the quality with your school shoes and would like to return them for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
3. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
4. Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. On sale items are not eligible for exchange and refund.
6. We don't do refund for "not liking" reason.
7. The refund amount exclude the shipping fee you have paid.
